Happy Easter

I had lots of fun with cousins this Easter. We got to decorate cupcakes, go the playground, swim at the pool and have an egg hung (well I slept thru the egg hunt). We had tons of fun!

The Hunt is on!

Today, our church had an Easter Egg Hunt.  I've never done anything like this before!  It was so cool!  First of all, Magik Mike was there and did some really cool tricks!  He made someone float!  But best of all... he made a TON of bubble gum out of some ABC gum (yuck).

Then after that, 

we got to go and hunt for eggs!  it was lots of fun!  I got 20 eggs!  I hear that they had 1300 eggs for us to find.  (Don't tell, but Dad told me that next year there would be over 2500 eggs!)  They even gave away 6 bikes!  I was too young this year for the prizes, but next year its ON!

today I got to use finger paints for the first time. It was loads of fun. I thought it was lotion at first, so I smeared some on my tummy. Mom had to show me how to paint on the paper. It was lots of slimy fun!

This morning our friend Faye came over and gave me a fancy haircut. Now I'm already for spring!

Hard knock life.

It's tough trying to grow up.  There's lots of rules to learn and it's hard to obey them.  For instance, this morning I really wanted to play with my mom's glasses, but she said she wanted to see or something silly like that.  So she wrestled them back out of my hands.  Naturally I was mad.  Come on I wanted them.  So I bit and hit her.   I guess that gets you stuck on the naughty rug in the corner.  Mom's don't budge when they're mad and the naughty rug is no fun.   Life is tough.

last weekend it was nice and warm outside and dad was gone for a High School retreat, so mom and I headed outside to make a bagel birdfeeder and my very first snowman (well actually I just sat and ate snow most of the time. I cheered mom on though!)
