Sweet, Sweet Christmas

I love Christmas cookies. We just got a bunch of cookies back from a cookie exchange and the chocolate ones are my favorite. Sometimes Mom even lets me pick out my own cookie. Tonight I picked out a chocolate one and trotted off with my cookie. When mom called my name I came back in the kitchen and she laughed at my messy face. Here I am checking out my cool new look.

Me asking for more cookies that are on the counter.

Squinting and laughing from the bright flash.

Still pouting and waiting for more cookies. Mom should really give in a lot easier. It would be a lot less work for me!

The wonder of Christmas...

The day after thanksgiving, Dad and I put up the christmas tree & lights. It was so cool. Today mom brought out the Christmas decorations. I had lots of fun digging through the boxes with her. Out of all the stuff she has, she didn't have any tinsel for the tree. So I helped myself and pulled it out of one of the ornaments and put it on the tree. I'm so helpful.

This ornament had gumdrops on it; I tried to take a bite, but it turns out it wasn't real candy.

I put a couple of ornaments on the tree all by myself!

I loved watching the nativity globe. I even figured out how to flip it over to get the music to play. Mom got a little nervous the first time I flipped it upside down.

Spinning & Swedish pancakes

Thanksgiving day we spent the day at Lil's house. She had a sit and spin; she had to teach me how to use it, but once I learned I was hooked. Dad spun me until I was dizzy and couldnt' walk straight! It was lots of fun.

This one goes out to G.G. Bjorklund. This morning mom made swedish pancakes. They were very yummy. So yummy in fact I ate 11 of them!

Just to show you how many 11 pancakes is, mom stacked them on my plate. Even though they might be small; 11 adds up quick!
